OLIVE-MILL AND OLIVE OIL SHOP
On Castagna Alta's estate you can find a fully functional olive-mill and an olive oil shop. We produce our own olive-oil in different varities from organic to the dop certified olive oil.
For every visitor of Castagna Alta a guided tour of our facilities, an organic bio-farm is planned. The tour will guide you trough the production of organic oil from the harvest to the bottling. A tasting session and a bruschetta will be granted.

VALFABBRICA
On the east side of Chiscio river, Valfabbrica is a small Middle age village originally competed between Gubbio, Assisi e Perugia. Around mid XII century it was fortified with walls and towers, of which the traces can still be found in some parts. Remarkable, nearby, a parish which preserves at the inside marvelous frescoes of the umbrian school dating back to the XII century.
Valfabbrica is a municipality in the province of Perugia in the central italian region Umbria, located about 20 km northeast of Perugia.
